Exciting things are happening at our latest custom home in Moores Mill Golf Club! Our Project Manager, Korey and our electrician Darius are busy at work discussing the undercabinet lighting . Britt, our tile specialist is installing the custom mosaic tile on the back-splash of this beautiful kitchen. The lighting and fabulous tile in this kitchen will sure be the “icing on the cupcake” when this home is finished!
Michael Allen Homes is known for their inviting and gorgeous outdoor living spaces. With cool weather on the horizon it is the perfect time of year to start thinking about bringing the inside out! We wanted to share some of our latest work and their beautiful outdoor living spaces.
Michael’s oldest, Andrew was hard at work atLot 7 Barkley Crest, until he was distracted by the awesome rock wall in the backyard! He was caught on camera goofing around! This rock wall is a great element to this backyard, both functionally and aesthetically.
After much planning & a couple days spent looking at lots, we are excited to begin a new spec home in White Oaks on lot 86. Last year, we completed our award winning showcase home on lot 95, & we hope to have as much success with this home! Stay tuned for updates & pictures to come!
We just started to get the ball rolling in Barkley Crest with a new spec home on lot 9. After clearing the lot a bit and building a retaining wall, the foundation work began and then onto the framing of the home! We are excited to see this one go up and get it on the market for a new family to enjoy. Especially with the newly built CVS Pharmacy and construction of the soon to be Publix shopping center nearby, we hope this one will sell quick!
