Our latest custom home in the Tutton Hill neighborhood off of Hamilton road is coming along nicely!

The exterior brick has been installed and looks great. Don’t you love the color! On the interior, our subcontractors are busying installing the sheet rock and custom tile in the bathrooms. This home has some really nice architectural features in the main living area.  The open floor plan will allow all of these nice features to be seen throughout the home.

The Monk Family graciously hosted our annual Michael Allen Homes Christmas party. We enjoyed plenty of  food, fun, and fellowship with our fellow employees and family. It was nice kicking off our work boots and have an evening celebrating this wonderful time of year! 

We have begun another beautiful custom home on Raymer Place in Moores Mill Golf Club. This family friendly neighborhood has plenty to offer for all members of the family including a Golf Course and two swimming pools. This “courtyard” style entrance, custom  home, will have a nice open floor plan and 1 1/2 stories.

Michael Allen Homes is busy crossing off items on the punch lists of several homes that are near completion. Between walk-throughs with the homeowners and with Michael, we are making sure nothing is left unfinished. The holidays are fast approaching and we are ready to hand over these gorgeous homes in East Lake, Moores Mill Golf Club, and Shiloh Farms to the homeowners! Korey and Tyler have done a great job  on putting the finishing touches on these custom homes.
